Mercotacs are brushless electrical connectors that transfer current at low voltage using the properties of liquid mercury. The advantages of these products are given by the small overall dimensions, and by the cleanliness of the transmitted signal.
The operation is the same as for a rotary joint, and the rotation is always guaranteed by radial ball bearings.
The complete Mercotac range includes models from 2 to 8 poles, and each comes with its own connections.
